Cancellation and Payment Policies

• Payment is required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

• Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation and applicable cancellation fee.

• 24 hours required notice for appointment cancellation and rescheduling.

• Refunds will not be issued for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior.
