Reduced Rate Therapy Programme

At Ibi Ayo, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care.

Our Reduced Rate Programme is designed to make therapy more affordable and accessible to Nigerians who may be navigating financial limitations.

This program offers discounted individual therapy sessions to two primary groups:

  • University Undergraduate Students who are balancing academic demands and personal growth.

  • NYSC corps members who are transitioning into life after school and navigating new responsibilities.

We are also collaborating with the Anti-Suicide and Depression Squad (ASADS) to provide subsidised therapy support to individuals referred through their platform.

Each participant receives four (4) virtual/In-person therapy sessions at a total cost of ₦60,000.

For now, the programme is available only to individuals residing in Nigeria.
